Shipping is $10 flat rate worldwide, for the exception of bulk/wholesale orders.
We offer the most flexible shipping method to save you on shipping costs. All orders are shipped from our studio in Jakarta, Indonesia. We use POS Indonesia Registered Airmail with tracking number to ship packages all over the world.
To check the tracking number of your package, please login into your Account. An email will also be sent separately once your package is on your way. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to show.
All orders will ship within 2-4 business days from when the order is placed from our website, with the exception of a few items. Rubber stamps require approximately 2-5 days for them to ship as they are made to order items.
All orders will ship via Registered package from our warehouse either in Hong Kong or Indonesia, depending on your shipping address, we will ship with the lowest shipping cost for you. You will be able to track your package.
Most packages will arrive within 10-14 business days, however this also depends on your country’s custom. Sometimes packages are held in custom for a few more days. Please be patient before contacting us.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.
Tracking number can be found under [ My Account ] page when you are logged in. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show.
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and gift cards. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Blinks of Life issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD, including gift cards.
Transactions on our site are processed externally via Paypal and Stripe. We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.
Yes, we do and all packages are shipped with a tracking number. Our customers are from all over the world. If you don’t see your country listed for shipping during checkout, please get in touch with us using the contact form below.
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside Australia.
After placing an order on our website, an Order Confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct to prevent any shipping delay.
Another email will follow when your package is ready to ship. You will find the tracking number of your Order under [ My Account ] page.
We take great care in our products, packing them and shipping them out to you from our studio. All items are inspected before shipped out. All sale items are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
